They made me feel confident that everything was safe and advised me on actions I could take to reduce further risks.   I had Urban Timber remove a tree from my parents' front yard back in November last year. I got 3 other estimates from other companies and Urban Timber offered the most reasonable price without trying to sell other excessive services … More we did not really need! For instance, … More when they were called about removing a dead tree on the back of my property, they noticed a precarious dead branch (from another tree) hanging over my driveway and took care of it, too. Such attention to detail is good when you’re talking chainsaws and being suspended high up in the air! The crews are reliable (on time, etc.) and respectful to not disturb other plantings.
